Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Project Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our office. Candidates will have the opportunity to engage in challenging work within an award-winning, collaborative firm. The Project Architect will be directly involved in a wide range of project types and scales across all project phases from conception to completion. A qualified candidate will have:
- A professional architecture degree is required
- Solid design skills with a minimum of 3 years of design experience in a professional setting
- Licensure is desirable but not required
- Efficiency in all aspects of the architectural process
- Proven ability to create designs and plans for all project phases, including professional working drawing sets, design consultant coordination, detailing and internal design coordination
- Strong ability to develop and articulate design concepts in a collaborative environment
- Experience in decision making on design problems and methods
- Experience in Construction Administration
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Experience with Rhino, Autocad, Parametric modeling [Grasshopper] and Maya are desirable
- Computer rendering experience with VRay and/or Enscape is desirable
- Experience with modeling tools such as 3D printers and laser cutters is preferred
